Finally, the long wait is over.

Last December 15, 2009, 10:00 in the morning at Shrine of Mary, Queen of Edsa, Neil and Niel exchange their vows to be husband and wife, presided by Rev. Msgr.  Arnel F. Lagarejos and their good friend Fr. Leo Luanzon. Reception followed at Valle Verde V Social Hall.

The title above best describes the relationship of the two.

They were good friends since elementary years, ate Jans transferred school when they were in highschool. Again, they met path when they entered college. Both of them studied in the University of the Philippines, Manila. From then on they became good friends. They both transferred from UP Manila to UP Diliman. They had the same course. They became best friends before they decided to be lovers.

They had their civil wedding last Easter sunday, April 12 presided by Mayor Mon Ilagan.

After a decade of being lovers finally they got married! :)

LIFE ON EARTH IS A TRUST

It is not just about us. God created us all by having different purpose in our lives. It is God who directs our lives, his creatures; our lives are under in his powers. We should always remember that we exist because God wills that we exist. We are all made by God and for God. It is only in God that we can learn our origin, our identity, our meaning, our purpose, our significance and our path towards this thing called life.

We should always remember God made us for a reason. Our creation was never an accident. God’s purpose took into account, human error and even sin. God never does anything accidentally, and he never mistakes. We are created out of his undying love for us all. If we will take a look at it, God created us even before he made the world. In fact, we are the main reason why God created the world, so that we could live in it.

We are the most valuable creation of God; we must also value our lives in return. We are all products of our past, but we don’t have to be prisoners of it. Our life on earth involves many choices. Just as the nine months we spent in our mother’s womb were not ends in themselves but preparation for life.

The ultimate goal of the universe is to show the glory of God. It is the reason for everything that exists, including us. God made it all for his glory. Without God’s glory, there would be nothing. The moment we were born, God is our first eyewitness. He wanted us alive.

Life is all about LOVE. The most important lesson God wants us to learn on earth is how to love. It is never an easy task. Love should always be our top priority, primary objective, and greatest ambition. Love is the most important part of our life. Love our Life, Live with Love. Love is about how we treated other people. When life on earth is ending, we don’t want to be surrounded by material things. What we want around us are people- whom we love and have relationships with.

We should always remember that life is a test, life is a trust and life is a temporary assignment. Even Adam and Eve failed their test in the Garden of Eden, they learned from it. Just like them we will be tested by problems. What important is that we know how to act when we can’t feel God’s presence in our lives. Live life with a due sense of responsibility, not as those who do not know the meaning of life but as those who do.

How will you react if the very person you ever truly loved the most judge you as if he never knew you at all?

BELIEVE ME… it hurts the MOST!

1 thing I realized: LOVE is same thing as HATE…

Kaya pala nila tayo parati sinasabihan na “the more you hate the more you love” kasi you can never learn to hate a person unless you value and love that person so much.

Nararanasan natin magalit, masaktan at umiyak kapag ang taong nakasakit sa atin ay yung taong mahal natin.

Hanggang saan nga ba ang pagmamahal? Hanggang kailan nga ba dapat magmahal?

Paano kung kaisa-isang taong inaasahan mong nagtitiwala at naniniwala sayo, siya pa pala yung kauna-unahanga tao huhusgahan ka at pagdududahan ang pagmamahal at pag-uugali mo?

Ang sarap isipin at sabihing sana sa ibang tao na lang nanggaling yung mga salitang nabitawan. Sana sa ibang tao na lang na wala akong pakialaman sa iispin at sasabihin. Sana sa ibang tao na hindi mahalaga sa akin.

Sana sa iba at hindi sa kanya.

We always say that we never intend to hurt the person we love…

People always do have a choice, why do we have to choose to hurt the one that we love?

Why do we always have to listen with other people?

Why don’t we just look into our ownselves and find out on our own how much a person really loved us?…

Never doubt someones love for you simply because you thought you never meet any of her standards. Never say it was just a game, who knows… you’re the only person she loved without any standards and expectations :(

Remember:

“Love is when we find someone who didn’t meet any of our standards yet we say, “i’ve found the right one.”

you know what?

By the end of the day I realized that the worst thing about hating the one you love is that:

You cannot really bear to hurt that person even you hate them, that no matter how much pain you feel inside you cannot afford to cause him pain in return simply because you LOVE him.

Can really Love Last a Lifetime?

Being in Love is something mysterious, something irresistible, and something that will lead us to true happiness..

Love is more than just a four letter word. It is more than just a feeling; it is more than just a desire. We can never understand what love is unless we have an experience out of it.

All of us dream of falling in love, it’s just that Love has its own time in coming and going. It will come to us in God’s perfect time and if that time happens grab it, take the chance and never ever questioned why it came. There is nothing we should do and there is nothing we can do. Be happy that love chooses you.

But if the spirit of love is leaving, let it go.. it will be the hardest thing we could ever do especially if we really love the person. Do not assess blame there is nothing wrong with you or with your partner it’s just that there is reason for everything and that reason will be known in time. This is where we go wrong; sometimes we just understand love as a need. The tendency is that we demand it to stay, we insist to reclaim the love that is lost.

Love cures people- both the one who gives it and the one who receives it. What if a person loves you, but you can’t love the person in return? Do not cause pain. If you really do not love the person gently refuse it. It is better for you to go on than to let yourself fall in love to a person whom love did not chose. Always follow your own heart do not let others interfere with your feelings.

Give love to the person who brought it alive in you. If you love someone you say it, you say it out loud or the moment just passes you by. Let your Love be felt. Do not be afraid to fall in love; do not be afraid to let love grow in you.

According to Reader’s Digest, Scientist found that romantic love involves chemical changes in the brain that last 12-18 months. After that you and your partner are on your own. Love really and absolutely can last a lifetime as desired to be maintained.

Love is a matter of choice. A matter of to do or not to do, a matter of taking risk and grabbing chances. When we realize we want to spend the rest of our life with somebody, we want the rest of our life to start as soon as possible. Love really cannot exist if we, ourselves will not let it come to us. Real Love happens when we go through the hard trials of trust and sacrifice and still waking up every morning, living every hour, every minute and every second of the day without any regret on your choice.

I made this poem after my guy best friend JC Pineda died, her girlfriend that time, Melissa Broñoso is my girl best friend.

I knew how much they really love each other.

They inspired me to composed this poem <3

I have my two best friends

They were also good friends

By being close to each other

They became good lover


They celebrate their birthday

On the same lovely day

They call each other honey

That’s why I think they were the best Hubby

For my best buddy


They were not in the same school

But they find each other really cool

They talked on the phone every night

Until the dawn and say goodnight


It was in the 10th when it’s over

It was finished in the 12th of October

I was the first one to know

On how the story goes


She was shocked when I informed her

Her eyes was red as a ruby gem

But she has to learn of letting go

To show her love as all we know


I know God has the answers to the questions

He has the right to make decisions

I know he has a good plan for him and for her she must accept the will


Wherever he is right now

Both of them must take a vow

That they’ll wait for each other in heaven

And be lovers all over again

Nicholas Sparks “Message in a Bottle”

Love isn’t enough.

One day, I planned to visit my friend, Joanne. There, I went up in her room. As I was looking around I found a book entitled “Message in a Bottle” by Nicholas Sparks. I was familiar with the author but not with the book that’s why it didn’t catch up my attention. She told me that I have to read the book because it is amazing. I got the book, made my way to her bed and started reading it… afterward I found myself falling in love with the book, falling in love with the story.

The book was written in a manner that it will be an inspiration to the readers. It showed that everybody deserves to fall in love and be loved. People tend to forget to fall in love again after a heart break. Sometimes, they become bitter about love and begin to distrust love at all.

It is true that love is not just for kids or teenagers. No matter how old a person is when love strikes at them even they no longer believe in it they will definitely fall for the person love chooses for them.

In the book, the couples are far away from each other but still find ways to communicate and to see each other, but like what they say, sometimes… LOVE is not enough, especially when the times comes that your partner felt that your love for them is fading away…

TRUST is the most essential element of a relationship. Trust that love will lasts forever. Trust that no matter what happen the person you love will be there for you till the end, that no matter how hard it is to be with you he’ll/she’ll make it through because he/she loves you. Trust that even you will meet other people and begin to fall for them, at the end they will realize that the person they left before is still the person they need after all.

There is always REGRETS in every story…

“anger is the condition where the tongue works faster than the mind, so hold it before you regret it”.

The lovers (Garrette and Theresa) decided to let go each other. They thought that it will be best for them to have a separate lives. What they didn’t know is that it will be their last chance to have each other. When Garette realized that he can’t live without Theresa, he let go of his past love and decided to go after her. Unfortunately, he died at the end of the story after letting of his past love.

After reading the book, i can’t help myself but to cry…

I got carried away… I don’t know but I was crying while reading the last chapter of the book.

I didn’t expect that i will like the story since it was about two grown up people who once had their partners in life. :(

How I wish the guy did not die and they will spend the rest of their lives at each others side. :(

unexpected turn will put you into tears…

I am looking forward to watch the movie…
