Coco-Loco-Whoa-Polvo

One day, I decided to make milk candies (I don’t know how to cook that’s why this is my only specialty where you just actually mix the ingredients). With the help of my dad he accompanied me to Chocolate Lovers factory at Quezon Avenue to buy the ingredients for my polvoron.

I actually had three flavors:
- Cookies and Cream
- Graham Crackers
- Chocolate Dipped

I had fun while making polvoron. I was able to make 16 boxes (6 polvorons/box).
So much happy :) it tastes really good!

I can share with you the steps on how to make a very yummy polvorons 

Ingredients:

2 cups chocolate sandwich cookies or graham, crushed
¾ cup cake or all purpose flour, toasted
½ cup buttermilk powder
½ cup powdered sugar
½ cup butter, melted

Procedure:

Mix crushed cookies, flour, milk powder and sugar in a bowl. Add melted butter and blend well. Mould and refrigerate for 3 to 5 minutes before wrapping

How to Dip in Chocolate:

Melt 250 grans Semi-Sweet chocolate with 1 tbsp. Cocoa Butter Substitute (CBS) over low fire in a double broiler. When melted remove from the fire and start dipping. Let set on a greased proof paper. Pack in desired containers.

Just easy as that you can now have your own Polvorons Specialty :)
